Each delivery comes
with shipping cost based on your current state and place.
I. Local delivery (Peninsula Malaysia)
Low rate at RM7 will be
charge. We deliver your purchased items through PosLaju and it will ring your
door bell within 1-2 days.
II. Sabah and Sarawak
Rate of RM10 for all
orders to these states. Matase-Sutera redound postage and fuel charge by the
couriers for delivery to you.
Return
Policy
Returning
item will be accepted if the tag is not been removed, the items are unused,
unwashed and unchanged and the delivery back must be within:
a) 7 days from package received to you for local delivery(include Sabah and Sarawak)
a) 7 days from package received to you for local delivery(include Sabah and Sarawak)
The
value of items that you bought will be refunded in form of store credit. We
will be sending an email once we have received the returns.
You
can exchange your items if the size did not fit by sending us an email to
exchange the items with other size. We will try to get you the same items with
different size according to the availability of our stock.

working hours are from 9a.m to 6p.m on weekdays. Any emails that been sent to
us exceed this hours will be reply the next morning as soon as we can. You will
